ECMS PTSA is composed of East Cobb Middle School parents, students, and staff. The PTA/PTSA is the largest child advocacy group in the nation. By joining the PTSA, you are adding your voice for every child. The ECMS PTSA Board is a volunteer group of parents working together to bring fun enrichment programs to our students and provide assistance to teachers and staff throughout the year. Your membership supports teacher and staff appreciation events, the Scholastic Book Fair, and grade level programs like Wildcat Prowl and 8th grade activities. What is PTSA? The National PTA is the oldest and largest volunteer association in the United States working exclusively on behalf of children and youth. The local PTA is the most important link you have as a parent to become involved in your child's school. Why should I join PTSA? The PTSA at East Cobb Middle School is working everyday to provide programs that enable parents to become more involved. The PTSA also provides many services that directly affect parents and students. Why should my child join PTSA? A PTSA membership is an important way for a student to show their support for their school. All of the PTSA programs directly affect the students at ECMS.
