Weekly PBIS REP Store Volunteers – PLEASE consider joining our team!
As you know, the PBIS System encourages consistent positive behavior on a daily basis. Students who are “caught” following the behavioral expectations (REP – Respect, Effort, Pride) are awarded REP Reward Tickets by their teachers. These tickets may be used on Fridays during lunchtime to purchase school supplies, and a variety of other “fun” items (jewelry, flashlights, reading lights, headbands, stuffed animals, to name a few) at the REP “Store”. Once per month, the PTSA offers a larger Raffle Item. Students may purchase one raffle ticket – for one Rep Buck.
PARENTS – We would love for you to join us as a volunteer at the REP Table on Fridays. We have two shifts: 11:00 to 12:15, and 12:15 to 1:30. Just a little over one hour of your time, at lunchtime! It is fun! You get to “sell” some fun items, and have the opportunity to interact with the students – who are eager to see what is new at the table each week. We have 2 volunteers per shift – so you will not be alone! If you would like to join this volunteer team, you can sign up HERE.
If you would like to ask more questions about it, please feel free to email Sue Larsen (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Hope Felshaw (email@example.com), your PTSA Co-Chairs for PBIS.
