Just a quick note of thanks from Chick-fil-A East Lake - we really do value your friendship and are grateful to partner with your schools!
Chic-fil-A East Lake will be asking guests in the store to "Buy One, Give One," meaning when they purchase a meal, we will ask them to consider buying an extra meal for $5.99 which Chick-fil-A will pull together during the week of Thanksgiving break for MUST to distribute. The plan is that these meals (A Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Chips and a Chocolate Chunk Cookie) will be taken to the same places in our area where the Summer Lunches are taken to be sure those kids have a hot meal during the school break.
We hope to raise at 1,500 meals. This is only happening at Chick-fil-A East Lake and actually, we've started early and have begun selling the extra meals, but will conclude this initiative Saturday, 11/21 when we close at 10PM.
